I want to thank Todd for his repairs this morning. He was up here first thing this morning to replace the light under the microwave, and, while he was here, he popped off the cover for our fireplace and diagnosed our problem in about 30 seconds and fixed it in under two minutes. The glass door was not properly closed and sealed after the pilot light was lit in early fall, and this caused a wind draft (not from the chimney but from the floor) that impacted on how the fireplace was working. I am sitting by the fireplace as I type this, and it is working perfectly. I truly respect and appreciate Todd’s efforts on our behalf.

After selling my home I planned to move to Saratoga during a difficult environment with Covid. I went to many places to find my new home and had the privilege to meet Sondra Montone who not only gave me a great introduction to the amazing Grove apartments but also helped with the many needs of my transition to apartment life. She truly made my experience on many levels exceptional, managed my expectations well, and I always felt she put her heart into the Grove, the residents, the day to day operations, and always had our best interest at heart.
