Develop Emergency Call Program

We will be there for you 24/7 in the event of an emergency to respond and aid through the crisis. Flood, fire, security breach and loss of power in heating season are the typical items in which are declared reasonable emergencies. WSM is not a certified responder but are there to aid first responders helping understand and efficiently navigate the property and to help protect the assets of the homeowner.

Develop a Pre-Storm Action Plan and/ or a Post Storm Inspection

In the event of a pending storm, WSM can establish a protocol on areas or items that may need to be secured or relocated. Patio furniture umbrellas, window check, etc. Said protocol could be based on preset guidelines as it relates to the storm predictions or simply a preapproval.

Web Based Portal

You will have the ability to access the functions of our property management software to help make the communication process flawless. For Example – you can input a service request that gets emailed directly to your property supervisor and inspections can be completed and shared to the portal for your review.
